Display of Goods
We have made every effort to display and describe the jewellery shown on our website as accurately as possible given by the designers. We provide a number of photos, description and size of each item as accurately as reasonably possible. Please note that a majority of our jewellery are handmade and some pieces are made with natural stones, there may be slight variations in colour.
Please note that colours and images vary slightly depending on the monitor they are viewed on.

Stock
We aim to keep all items in stock at all times, but due to the very nature of our jewellery many pieces are more popular than others so we cannot guarantee consistent availability of specific pieces. Please contact us if you would like to know if a particular item is in stock.
However, on rare occasions stock amounts may be incorrect, and in such circumstances you will be notified by email.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Amex, Delta, Solo and Visa Electron through PayPal. Members and non-members are welcome. You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to place an order. PayPal provides a secure checkout system keeping your personal information safe and secure. Once your order has been placed, PayPal will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provide that your order has been processed.
Jia UK Limited does not have access to your credit card details. The only information we hold is your name, email address and delivery address once an order has been placed. We will not disclose this data to third parties. We will use the data for own marketing purposes.
Packaging
Each item of jewellery comes with either its own pouch or gift box and all orders will be sent packed safely in either a padded envelope or box depending on the products themselves.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of an order being placed and accepted. You will receive an email notification from Jia confirming your order has been dispatched. We currently ONLY deliver with-in the United Kingdom.
